Mica flakes are made from selected mica scrap then it goes for dried to avoid humidity, screening to avoid dust and then it goes for grinding. This mica flakes are prepared by rotary hammer crushing machine, now mica is beaten till then it required size is not achieved. It has a size which is ranging from 2 meshes to 30 meshes.

It can be used for various industrial applications such as decorative purpose roofing, pulp manufacturing for mica paper, paints and cosmetics.

Muscovite Mica flakes have low iron content and can withstand temperature between 850 c to 950 c. It is used in the production of pearlescent pigments. It has ability to reproduce artificial pearl.
